Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier and you can use either credit/debit cards or simply send us a cheque/Postal order, cash..made out to Arrowhead U.K. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card and debit card payments via Paypal. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to U.K. pounds sterling.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other Paypal accepted cards via Paypal. Received orders with cleared payments are normally shipped within 24 hours. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you do not wish to pay by credit/debit card, simply download (print off) your order and enlcose the order with a cheque, cash or postal order. This applies to the U.K. only.

When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

When the item is shipped, a default e-mail will be sent to inform you of the date of shipping.

Shipping And Handling To despatch your order various shipping methods are used and rates are charged at cost. If you require a quote before shipping then please e-mail your interest before placing an order.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despastch your order to you WITHIN in 2 working days of receipt of your order. If item(s) are not in stock, you will be e-mailed with details of anticipated despatch date.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
